On Christmas Eve we made the trip up to Benbrook to see Granny, Grandad and the rest of the Eason Clan. I have made this trip almost every Christmas Eve of my life. It has NEVER snowed. Some years it snows the day before and melts before we get there. Some years it snows the day after we leave. And then some years it snows hours after we leave! But NEVER while I am actually there. Well, after 26 years, the streak has been broken. Luckily, we brought cold weather clothes and were able to snap a few pics of our little family in the snow. (well, not in the snow--the wind was blowing sooo hard there was no way to get Kaleb out in it!)
